How to know if your order went through if you didn't receive an order confirmation via email

If you're concerned that your order hasn't been processed, it's best to contact our customer support team via the Support button at the bottom right of your screen.

If you think your order has gone through but haven't received your order confirmation, first check your email spam/junk folder, as it may have landed there.

Otherwise, you might have entered a different email, possibly one linked to your payment method. Please check there.
