How to access Visual Editor
Firstly, you must be on the Eventcube Pro to access Visual Editor.
Go to the Visual Editor tab in the main menu.
Click the Launch Visual Editor button.
4. a new tab will open where you can start customising confirmation emails and receipt for standard and virtual events.
Note: We are continuously improving Visual Editor. For now, you can only design and edit ticket confirmation emails and receipts. Soon, you'll be able to edit your store theme/layout, too.
