What is Visual Editor

The Visual Editor lets you enhance your brand by customizing your ticket confirmation emails and receipts.

With Visual Editor, you can:

  • Control fonts, colors, and logos

  • Set up theme styles across the Eventcube product suite to maintain brand consistency in your ticket store.

How to access the Visual Editor

  1. First, you must be on the Eventcube Pro to unlock the Visual Editor.

  2. Go to the Visual Editor tab in the main menu.

  3. Click the Launch Visual Editor button.

4. A new tab will open where you can start customizing confirmation emails and receipts for standard and virtual events.

Note: We are continuously improving the Visual Editor. Right now, you can only design and edit ticket confirmation emails and receipts. Soon, you'll be able to edit your store theme/layout as well.
