QR codes are vulnerable to copying, sharing, or resale on secondary markets, which can lead to ticket fraud. When codes are accessible too early, there's a higher risk they'll be duplicated and used by unauthorized attendees.
By blocking barcode access until just before the event, event organizers significantly reduce the window for unauthorized resale or duplication, helping to protect both organizers and attendees.
How to enable ticket blocks
Go to your event.
Navigate to Settings.
Choose when ticket barcodes can be available: Always, 24 hours before the event, or Other.

Note: If more than 30 days have passed since the event end date, customers can no longer access their tickets
