How to Control Event Visibility

Viewing events before your ticket audience sees them.

Eventcube does not have a draft or preview mode. This means that once you create an event and add live tickets, the event immediately becomes viewable in your ticket store.

However, there is a simple workaround if you want to review your event before making it publicly visible to your audience.

Exclude event from listing

  1. Create your ticketed event as usual.

  2. Go to your event’s Advanced Settings.

  3. Enable the option “Exclude from listings.”

  4. Save your changes.

With this setting enabled your event will be live and accessible through its direct URL. It will not appear in your ticket store’s public event listings.

The Exclude from listings setting is especially useful when you want to test new inputs or ticketing features, check your event setup before making it visible to your wider audience, or implement changes and updates without showing them publicly.

By using this option, you can review everything privately before officially listing your event in the store.
