I bought tickets for my friends and I in a single order but they all have my name on, will my friends still get in?

This depends on the organizer. Typically, your group will be required to enter the event together. Otherwise, the ticket holder can provide copies of their ID and the individual QR codes to the other attending parties, and they can enter the event at different times.
