If you're concerned that your order hasn't been processed, it's best to contact the organizer directly through the Contact Page in the Support section of their ticket store.

If you think your order has gone through but haven't received your order confirmation, first check your email spam/junk folder, as it may have landed there.

Otherwise, you might have entered a different email, possibly one linked to your payment method. Please check there.
