All information related to a single ticket order can be found on the customer order page. It contains information about customers, cards, ticket breakdowns, and more.

Let's look at what you can do with it.

1. Order Reference (e.g., TS-WBVW-7715216217)

It is the primary reference for finding any customer order in Eventcube. In Stripe, you can find an order's associated payment.

The page is divided into five sections: Customer Information, Payment Details, Tickets and Activity Log.

2. Customer Information

This section contains the customer's name, email, address, and contact information. It also holds the order stations.

Above the customer information block, you'll find two buttons: Manage and Re-send Confirmation. Manage contains all actions you can take to update an order's status.

Meanwhile, 'Resend Confirmation' lets you resend the ticket confirmation email to the customer's email address. This is best used when you update any information or ticket within the order.

You can also preview the confirmation email and view the tickets issued directly from the Order Page.

To edit a customer's name, email, and address, or enter any checkout information, you can do the following:

  • Select the red Edit link found at the lower right-hand side of the Customer Information block.

3. Payment Details

This area displays useful transaction information and a link to access the customer's transactions directly in Stripe.

4. Tickets

You can edit the ticket quantity, price, and booking fee in this section, as well as assign or revoke tickets included in the order. As they affect your ticket inventory, these functions should be executed carefully.

5. Activity Log

This is an activity log that shows the actions a user takes on your store. For example, here, you can see that someone reissued an order confirmation. Hover over the person icon to view who that store user/admin was.
