Where do your ticket sales go?
After every sale, all your revenue is transferred directly to your Stripe account.
From there, you can manage your deposits into your bank account. You have complete control over automatic or manual withdrawals.
No money is stored within the Eventcube dashboard.
The first payout takes the longest
Stripe typically schedules your initial payout for 7–14 days after you successfully receive your first payment. This may take longer sometimes, depending on the country where you're operating and your industry risk level.
Stripe payout schedule
After your first payout, your next payout automatically follows the schedule you've set. This can be daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom cadence.
Stripe defaults to daily payouts if you did not set your payout schedule.
