Locate your event's orders panel

  1. Go to the Orders tab of your event.

  2. Check the detailed breakdown of customers who have placed orders for the event, including:

    1. Ticket quantity

    2. Ticket type

    3. Date ticket was purchased

  3. Click on the Order Reference to view individual orders in more detail. This helps deal with customer support requests.

4. In the upper right side of the dashboard, you will see a green Export Orders button.

Customising your export file

In this area, you can export your orders as a .csv file. You have control over which data fields to include in your export. Simply toggle the slider on next to the needed information. This is useful when you import your customers' email addresses for email marketing.

Export Type

You can also filter exports tailored to your requirements. For example, you may want to find all the orders in the system awaiting payment. Once located, you can follow up with these customers individually and request a payment.

Export Format

Finally, the export format allows you to create a .csv file in two ways:

  • Grouped by the cardholder, with the number of tickets purchased

  • Individual rows per ticket holder.
