The Event-Level Reports section provides a detailed breakdown of your sales to help you monitor your event's performance to ensure you hit targets or help revise your event marketing and sales strategy.
How to View Event-Level Sales Reports
Go to Events.
Choose the event you want to inspect.
Navigate to Reports in the sub-navigation bar.
Sales
You can view sales over specific periods at the top of the reports page.
You can also see a snapshot of general performance, which helps see spikes and dips in sales. This may be when someone shares your event page on social media or because a sponsored ad has gone live.
Weekly Sales Frequency
Navigating further down the page, you will find your weekly sales frequency, giving you a more detailed insight into how many tickets have been purchased on specific days within a week.
This is essential to help highlight if your event is performing well on particular days and what you can do to make sure this is to drive sales moving forward.
Event Revenue
Underneath, you can find your 'Event Revenue' which gives you a breakdown of all ticket sales, so you can quickly note which tickets are successful and which need pushing.
Demographics
Toward the end of the reports page, you can view a summary of customer demographics whether these customers are new or returning, and where they are located. Based on this data, you can adapt your marketing plan and target the audience that is most likely to attend. This is also an excellent tool for forecasting.
Compare Sales
The final section on Reports allows you to compare previous events, build a complete picture of your sales, and review growth within the business.
