Store-Level Orders Page
When you log in to your Eventcube dashboard, you will see Orders in the main menu on the left-hand side.
That's the store-level Orders menu.
Here’s what you can do in there:
You can view all orders made in your store across all events.
Use it to quickly find customer names, emails, order references, seat numbers, and more.
You can also export customer data to upload into your preferred email marketing platform or CRM.
Event-Level Orders Page
When you select an event, you'll find a sub-navigational bar. You'll find the event-level orders tab here.
Here you'll find orders and customer information specific only to a single event.
