Here’s how you do it.

How to revoke an individual ticket from a multi-ticket order:

1. Go to Events and click on the event where the order was made from.

2. In the sub-menu, click Orders.

3. Look for the order using the Order Reference of the customer.

4. Scroll down to the Tickets Section.

5. Click on the red edit button on the right-hand side (next to revoke) to reduce the ticket quantity.

6. If a customer bought 4 tickets but now wants 3, reducing the amount will remove a QR code from their order.
