Locate your event's orders panel

  1. Go to the Orders tab of your event.

  2. Check the detailed breakdown of customers who have placed orders for the event, including:

    1. Ticket quantity

    2. Ticket type

    3. Purchase date

    4. Order status

  3. Click on the Order Reference to view individual orders in more detail.

Note: We used dummy names in this example. The information above are not of real customers.

4. In the upper right side of the dashboard, you will find the Manage button. Click this, and a drop-down appears.

5. Select Export CSV.

Customising your export file

You can export your orders as a .csv file from here. You can control the data fields included in your export. Simply select all the information you need before generating a CSV file.

Export Type

Exports can also be filtered according to your needs. You can export all orders or just the valid ones.

Export Format

Finally, the export format allows you to generate a .csv file in two ways:

  • Grouped by the cardholder, with the number of tickets purchased

  • Individual rows per ticket holder.
