As a store owner, you might want to set a time limit on how long users can access your live stream broadcast. This could be necessary if you're uploading an on-demand video that expires after a specific viewing period.

To add a watch time limit to your broadcast event, first navigate to one of your broadcast events.

  1. Create an Online Event.

  2. Under online event platform, choose Eventcube Broadcast.

  3. Save your chances.

  4. Create a ticket.

  5. Then, navigate to 03. Broadcast.

  6. Navigate to Secure Live Stream Content.

  7. Enable Watch Time Limit.

Enable ‘Watch Time Limit’ and enter a number (in minutes). This will mean that the URL generated and sent to the customer’s email will only be accessible for a set viewing period.

Please note, the time limit starts when the user opens the stream page, not when they receive the email confirmation.
