Can I offer tickets to attendees who are joining online and in person?

Eventcube is a ticketing platform that hybrid events can use to register attendees wherever they access the event.

So yes, it’s possible to offer tickets to attendees joining virtually through a live stream and checking into the event venue.

Create separate events for each mode of attendance

  1. In Eventcube, create two separate events: one for virtual and the other for in-person/onsite.

2. In each event, add ticket/s.

Note: Ensure that the events are labeled correctly (e.g., in-person or virtual) and contain identical event details.

3. Both events will appear on your ticket store homepage when they go live.

What do tickets look like for in-person and virtual attendees

In-person event customers

Customers who purchase in-person event tickets will get barcodes you can scan upon check-in using Qflow.

Virtual event customers

Meanwhile, virtual event goers will receive join links in their email.
