Eventcube is a ticketing platform that supports hybrid events by allowing attendees to attend virtual or in-person events.

If you're hosting the same event in two modes of delivery, you can offer two different types of tickets to attendees.

Create separate events for each mode of attendance

1. In Eventcube, create two separate events: one for virtual and the other for in-person/onsite.

Do this by choosing your location. In-person events require a physical location. Meanwhile, online events require a livestream or meeting link.

Note: Online events are unlocked on Eventcube Pro alongside other advanced ticketing features like Checkout Form, Integrations, Custom Domain, and Visual Editor.

Get Pro features today:

  1. Go to Store Settings.

  2. Navigate to Pricing Plan.

  3. Upgrade to Eventcube Pro.

2. In each event, add ticket/s.

Note: Ensure that the events are labeled correctly (e.g., in-person or virtual) and contain identical event details to clarify the different between events.

3. Both events will appear on your ticket store homepage when they go live.

What do tickets look like for in-person and virtual attendees

In-person event customers

Customers who purchase in-person event tickets will get barcodes you can scan upon check-in using Qflow or any ticket scanning app.

Virtual event customers

Meanwhile, virtual event goers will receive join links in their email.
