Note: To import batch orders, you'll need to be on the Eventcube Pro Plan. Eventcube Pro unlocks a host of advanced ticketing features including Batch Imports, Reminder Emails, and the Visual Editor. Upgrade now.

If you already have a guest list and you want to create orders in bulk, you may do so by importing batch orders.

1. Go to your Event.

2. Navigate to the Orders panel.

3. Click the Manage button in the upper right corner of the screen.

4. Select Import Batch Orders from the drop-down menu.

5. In the Import Batch page, upload your CSV file and choose the ticket you want to assign to this batch of orders.

Note: You can only assign one ticket type per imported batch.

5. Make sure you follow the recommended CSV file format. There is a sample file you can download for reference.

6. Once complete, click the green Import button.

7. View your newly created orders in the Order tab.

IMPORTANT:

Batch orders are best used in the following scenarios:
1. Creating manual orders for free events.

2. Assigning free complimentary tickets to a guest list (e.g., VIP Pass).

3. Creating bulk ticket orders for a guest list that has already paid in advance.

4. Creating orders for attendees who will be paying at the door.

Batch importing a guest list is considered a manual order creation and these don't come with a transaction ID.

If you create batch orders for paid tickets (manual order creation) and you want customers to pay ahead of the event, you'll need to issue each customer with a Payment Link.

Sending the ticket confirmation email

Ticket confirmation emails aren't automatically sent to customers' emails after you have created your orders. You will need to re-send this.

On Eventcube Pro, you can re-send confirmation emails in bulk.

1. Go to your event.

2. Select Emails & Reminders in the sub-navigation bar.

3. Click 'Create Email Reminder'.

4. Enter your Reminder Email details and select your ticket buyer group.

5. Send your reminder email.
