The batch import function creates bulk tickets for an existing guest list. This is intended for free events only. Importing batch orders for paid tickets is an Eventcube Pro feature.

If you're selling paid tickets, it's best to ask customers to buy tickets from your Eventcube ticket store for convenience and secure payment collection.

Importing ticket orders through a CSV file

1. Go to your Event.

2. Navigate to the Orders panel.

3. Click the Options button in the upper right corner of the screen. A drop-down will appear. Select Import Batch.

4. You will be led to an import page. Give your import batch a name and select the ticket you want to assign to the orders listed.

Note: You can only create bulk orders via import per ticket type.

5. Make sure that you follow the recommended CSV file format. There is a sample file you can download for reference.

6. Once complete, click the green Import button.

7. View your newly created orders in the Order tab.

Remember: Batch imports are intended for creating bulk tickets for guest lists in free events. Manually created orders, individually or in batches, do not come with a payment transaction ID, as this is only generated for purchases made directly from your ticket store.

Sending the ticket confirmation email

Once you have created your bulk orders, the ticket confirmation isn't automatically sent to your customers' emails. You will need to trigger this yourself.

1. Go to a ticket order by clicking the Order Reference #.

2. Click the green "Re-send Confirmation" button.

3. You'll know that the tickets were successfully send when the Order Activity panel shows this:

4. You must re-send ticket confirmation individually to each created order. If you're on the Eventcube Pro Plan, you may ask customer support to process this.
