What is Przelewy24?
Przelewy24 (P24) is a Polish payment method that lets customers complete purchases via direct online bank transfer. It connects with over 165 Polish banks and supports both PLN and EUR transactions.
When selecting Przelewy24 at checkout, customers are redirected to their banking environment to authorise the payment. Once confirmed, they are returned to your store with an immediate payment status update.
How to user Przelewy24 in your ticket store
Przelewy24 is available through Stripe. To enable it in your Eventcube store, follow these steps:
1. Enable Przelewy24 in Stripe
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Settings → Payment Methods.
Locate Przelewy24 under bank redirect options and toggle it on.
You also need to make sure you are turning on the payment method for the Eventcube Linked Account, as your Stripe could be connected to other platforms.
2. Set your Eventcube store currency to PLN or EUR
In your Eventcube Store Settings, set the default currency to PLN (Polish złoty) or EUR.
Make sure all tickets and products in your store are listed in the same currency.
3. Save your changes
Once enabled in Stripe and your store currency is set correctly, Przelewy24 will automatically appear as a checkout option for customers in Poland.
Things to note
Supported currencies: PLN and EUR only.
Refunds: Supported for up to 180 days after the original payment (full or partial).
Recurring payments: Not supported, as Przelewy24 is a one-time redirect payment.
Chargebacks: Not available, since customers authorise the payment directly with their bank.
Onboarding requirements: Stripe requires Polish businesses to provide a valid VAT ID and registered business website URL to accept Przelewy24. Sole proprietors outside Poland may not be supported.
