How Attendees Can Download Their Tickets

Two ways attendees can download their tickets if they accidentally deleted their email or lost access to it.

Losing access to one's email is a common occurrence, but less so than accidentally deleting the ticket confirmation.

Here's how to guide attendees to recover their tickets.

Method 1: Re-issue Ticket Confirmation Email

1. Ask for the attendee's order reference number (starts with TS-).

2. If the attendee doesn't have a copy of their order reference number, ask for any combination of the following details the attendee registered in their order:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Post code

3. Search for the attendee's order in the admin.

4. Click and open the order.

5. Re-send the ticket confirmation email by clicking the green button in the order page.

5. If the attendee requests to receive their tickets in a new email, edit Ticketholder Details and replace the email.

6. Save your changes and re-send the confirmation email.

Method 2: Log in via the Support Hub

Without event organiser being involved, ticket holders can recover their tickets by logging into the Support Hub.

1. Go to the ticket store.

2. Find the Support Page.

3. Navigate to Manage Order.

4. If attendees have a copy of their order reference number and they remember their email, they can log in and download their tickets.

5. If the attendee doesn't know their order reference number, they can instead click "Find your order".

6. Enter the email address and post code registered in the order. Then, all tickets under said email and post code will be sent to the attendee.
