Think of Eventcube SecureSeat as your guarantee only genuine ticket holders have access to the event Live Stream Page.

By enabling this, you ensure each customer’s unique ticket token can only be used in one concurrent session. Or, to put that another way, the Live Stream Page can only be accessed on one browser and one device at a time, per ticket token.

You may want to keep this disabled if the event is free and is looking to attract a wider audience by attendees sharing on their own social media channels.

To enable Eventcube SecureSeat, select the event you want to enable this for from Events on the Eventcube Store Dashboard.

Then hit the Live Stream tab for that event.

At the bottom of the page you’ll see Secure Live Stream Content. The first option is SecureSeat — toggle the switch to enable it.
