How to set up SecureSeat
1. Select your event.
2. Go to the Details page.
3. Under location, select 'Online'.
4. Choose Eventcube Broadcast as your online event platform of choice.
5. Go to 03. Broadcast.
6. Paste your live stream embed code.
7. Enable Secure Seat.
8. Save your changes.
By enabling this feature, each customer's unique ticket token can only be used in one concurrent session. In other words, the Live Stream Page can only be accessed on one browser and one device at a time, per ticket token.
If the event is free and aims to attract a wider audience through social media sharing, you may choose to keep this feature disabled.
