Setting Order Limits on tickets prevents customers from hoarding tickets. If you have an in-demand event that you'd like to control the ticket distribution for, here's what you can do.
Ticket-Level Order Limits
Head to your event.
Go to Tickets.
Add a new ticket or edit an existing ticket.
Scroll down to Advanced Settings. Then, enable 'set a limit on number of tickets per order'.
Enter your desired minimum and maximum quantities.
Save your changes.
Remember that while this sets the minimum or maximum number of tickets customers can purchase in one transaction, they can always buy again in another transaction.
