What is a secret ticket?
Secret tickets are tickets that do not get listed in your storefront. They can only be accessed through a special link.
Secret tickets are best used to offer exclusive entry or discounted prices to a specific segment of your market (e.g., email subscribers, followers, loyal fans).
Create a secret ticket
Go to your event of choice.
Navigate to the 02. Tickets page.
Add a new ticket or select an existing ticket type.
Under 02. Tickets, scroll down to Advanced Settings.
Enable Secret Ticket.
Enter a brief description.
Save your changes.
Share a secret ticket with your exclusive audience
Go to an event's ticket page.
Click on the secret ticket you created. More information will appear below the tab.
You will find a secret ticket link at the bottom.
Copy this link and share it with your audience be it through your social media or email newsletter.
You can also go to the Promote & Share tab in the sub-navigation bar to find Secret ticket URL's alongside other event-sharing details.
