What is a secret ticket?
Secret tickets are unlisted tickets that cannot be accessed through your storefront. They are only available via a special link. They're ideal for offering exclusive entry or discounted prices to specific groups, such as email subscribers, followers, or loyal fans.
Create a secret ticket
Go to your event of choice.
Navigate to the Ticket Page.
Add a new ticket or select an existing ticket type.
Find Advanced Settings in the ticket details page.
Enable Secret Ticket.
Enter your secret code.
Save your changes.
Share a secret ticket with your exclusive audience
Go to an event's ticket page.
Click on the three dots next to your secret ticket.
Select 'copy secret ticket link'.
Share this link with your audience via social media or your email newsletter.
