Create seating charts for events with reserved seating via Eventcube's seating plan partner, Seats IO.
β
Connecting your ticket store to Seats IO
1. First, create a Seats IO account and pick a plan.
2. Then, connect your store to your Seats.io account using secret and public Seats IO keys.
β3. Go to Store Settings, then General Settings.
4. Enable the Seats IO integrations. This will reveal the fields where you can enter your Secret and Public keys.
Once your Store is connected, you must enable Seats IO at the Event level.
Select an event.
Visit Settings.
Enable Reserved Seating.
Enter your Event Key, which you can find in the seating chart you created in Seats IO.
Note: If you use the same Seating Plan on multiple Events, you must generate multiple events in Seast IO. This will generate different Event Keys which you can paste in Eventcube.
Once the event is connected, you can assign Ticket Tiers to Seat Categories within your seating plan.
This means that if a customer selects a specific Ticket Tier, they can only select seating from the options within the Category.
Once set up, customers can select their seats at checkout.
