Setting up Seating Plans is simple with our seating plan partner, Seats IO.
โ€‹
Please make sure your Eventcube Store is connected to your Seats.io account.

If you haven't signed up for a Seats IO account yet, you can sign up here and pick a plan.
โ€‹

You then need to add your Secret and Public Seats IO keys.

  1. You can access this in Store Settings.

  2. Go to General Settings.

  3. Enable Seats.io integration. This will reveal the fields where you can enter your Secret and Public keys.

Once your Store is connected, you must enable Seats IO at the Event level.

  1. Go to Advanced Settings of your chosen event

  2. Enable Reserved Seating.

  3. Enter Event Key, which can be found on the specific seating chart you'll be using from Seats.io. You can find this next to each of your maps on the right-hand side of the page.

Note: If you use the same Seating Plan on multiple Events, you must generate individual Event Keys for each event.

Once the event is connected, you can assign Ticket Tiers to Seat Categories within your seating plan.

This means that if a customer selects a specific Ticket Tier, they can only select seating from the options within the Category.

Once set up, customers can select their seats at checkout.
