Why do you need to upload a guestlist on Qflow?
Importing a guestlist to your ticket scanning platform (Qflow) will log your guests into the system in advance and inform event staff how best to assist the guest (e.g., seating plan) upon entry.
How to upload guest data
You can upload guest lists directly within the Qflow application, so make sure that you have the web browser open or the app downloaded.
Download a CSV file of your event order list from the Eventcube platform. See: How to Export Eventcube Orders and Door Lists
Import your CSV file to Qflow.
You will be redirected to a page where you will need to match columns for your imported data.
Once done, click "Import Guests".
You can also "Save Mapping" so all future imports will follow the same column-matching configuration.
You also have the option to tag an import into a list to easily locate segments of your lists for stats and invite sends.
