How to Export Eventcube Orders and Door Lists

Exporting orders from events for your door list

1. You can start by navigating to an event where you want to export the orders.

2. Scroll down within the event and click on ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side.

3. In the top right-hand corner of this page, you will see a green button that reads ‘Export Orders.’ Click this button, and a screen will appear with a list of available export field options.

4. You can export ticket types, barcodes, names, email addresses, and other fields within these options.

For example, if you set up a guest ticket on your store and export the list, select the ticket you want to export ONLY along with any other desired fields and then click ‘Generate CSV.'

A pop-up will then appear stating the email address to which the export has been sent.

This export will be received in your inbox and viewable/downloadable as a CSV.
