Attach custom forms and fields to your event
Once you have created custom checkout forms and fields in the Store Settings and have collected additional information from your customers, you will want to export these data alongside ticket orders.
See: How to Create Custom Fields and Collect Additional Information from Ticketing Customers at Checkout
Note: When assigning Custom Checkout Fields in the Advanced Settings of your chosen event, don't forget to click the green Update Custom Fields button to save your changes.
Set your field as Required so ticket buyers don’t skip it.
How to export orders from the store-level vs. event-level
When exporting your CSV file, navigate to the Orders menu at the event level instead of at the store level, as you can have different custom fields for each event.
Choosing data fields to export
Don't forget to toggle on the custom field column you want to include in your export file when exporting orders. Hit "Generate CSV".
Note: The export file will be sent to your email.
