Does revoking a ticket with assigned seating automatically release the seat to the seating plan?
Yes, revoking a ticket with assigned seating will automatically free up the seat in Seats.io.
However, if you revoked a ticket with assigned seating and then reinstated it, the seat that had been released will not be reinstated with it. You will need to manually assign the seat within Eventcube.
Click the three-dot icon next to the ticket.
Select 'Change Seat'.
Select a seat.
Save your changes.
