Store Details
This is where you’ll see your basic store details, such as Store Name, URL, and business country.
How to change your store/company name
Go to Store Settings in the main navigation column.
Visit General Settings.
Edit your Store Name and Company Name.
Then, click the green Save button at the bottom of the page.
Your Store URL will not automatically change. What you can do is contact our Eventcube support team at support@eventcube.io and request for a URL change.
How to change your business country for TicketPlan integration
Your business country is set through your initial registration of your ticket store. This cannot be manually changed thereafter. You can put in a request at support@eventcube.io or through the live chat option in your admin to change the URL.
Reserved Seating
Eventcube integrates well with Seats.io for tickets with reserved seating. If you have a Seats.io account, you can add the secret and public keys here.
Email Settings
This allows you to send a receipt email of the ticket purchase on top of the ticket email confirmation. Some store owners would find this redundant.
Store Settings
Default Currency for Events
Default currency is the currency that your ticket price and booking fees will come in across all your events.
Here's how to set this up:
Go to Store Settings.
To your right, you can find the Default Currency for Events.
Select the currency for your store.
Eventcube supports the following currencies:
GBP | TWD |
EUR | HKD |
USD | CHF |
AUD | CZK |
SEK | DKK |
CAD | ISK |
PHP | KRW |
SGD | NOK |
AED | NZD |
JPY | QAR |
MYR | SAR |
IDR | TTD |
Contact live chat support if you're working with a currency that is not on this list but is supported by Stripe, our primary payment processor.
These are the currencies supported by Stripe: https://stripe.com/docs/currencies
Note: Currencies can also be updated at the event level if you'd like an event to have a different currency than the rest of the store.
Go to your event.
Go to Advanced Settings.
Under General, you'll find the event-level currency.
Choose your currency.
How to change your timezone
Go to Store Settings.
Navigate to General Settings.
On the left column, find Timezone. Edit as needed. You can also edit the timezone format style below it.
Don’t forget to click the green Save button at the bottom of the page.
Custom Cart Expiry Time
If you want to evoke a sense of urgency to your ticket buyers, you can add an expiry time to your checkout page.
It simply counts back from the time (in minutes) you set before reloading. In doing so, all items are refreshed and removed from the cart.
How to Integrate Intercom to your Eventcube ticket store
Go to Store Settings.
Navigate to Store Details.
Scroll down and look for the fields for the Intercom App ID and identity verification secret.
Paste the required information from your Intercom account here.
Ticket Settings
Override Default Ticket Limits
Allows you to set the default number of individual tickets a customer can purchase in a single order.
Default Custom Booking Fee For Tickets
Allows you to prefill the Booking Fee field on every ticket with your custom value.
Rep Sales Tallies Include Deposits
Typically, rep sales tallies only include fully completed sales and installments.
By turning this setting on, you agree to include deposit payments in the sales counters in the rep dashboards and associated admin panels.
QFlow Check-In Tracking
Track QFlow Check-Ins within Eventcube admin - you must set up Webhooks in QFlow.
Once Webhooks have been set up in QFlow, scan data will be shown in Eventcube admin pages from the moment you activate the option below onwards.
Please contact Eventcube support at support@eventcube.io to help set up QFlow Scanning Webhooks.
