Other Store Settings
Default ticket limit per order
Allows you to set the default number of tickets a customer can purchase per transaction.
Set an expiry time for the checkout basket
To evoke a sense of urgency among your ticket buyers, you can add an expiry time to your checkout page.
Allow organisers to set booking fees
Enabling this setting allows multiple organizers across your ticket store to set their own booking fees. If you prefer, you can lock all booking fees to a custom value.
Disable Receipt Email
This allows you to send a receipt email for the ticket purchase in addition to the ticket email confirmation. Some store owners would find this redundant.
Default custom booking fee
Allows you to prefill the Booking Fee field in every ticket with a custom value.
Single event per order
By enabling this feature, the customer is forced to purchase tickets to multiple events in separate orders/transactions.
Show ticket categories as a dropdown
This will display the ticket category names as a dropdown to reveal tickets.
Disable Booking Refund Insurance
Enable this to remove booking refund insurance options across all events.
