Note: Time zones are listed by major cities for ease of use and accuracy. For instance, Europe/London and America/North Dakota. Find your continent first, then search for a major city around your location.
If you're an event organizer running multiple events globally, you'll need to set different time zones.
There are two ways to set time zones in your Eventcube store: (1) at the store level, (2) at the event level.
How to set up the timezone at the store level
Go to Store Settings.
Navigate to General Settings.
Find Set Timezone.
Choose your desired storewide timezone in the drop-down.
Save your changes.
The store-level timezone is the timezone your store defaults to. Every event that you create will carry the store-level timezone.
If, for instance, one event is meant for a timezone that is different from the one you set at the store level, then you'll need to set an event-level timezone.
Note: Event-level time zones override store-level time zones.
How to set up the timezone at the event level
Go to Events.
Choose an event that you want to edit.
Go to Details.
Find Timezone under Event Details.
Choose the timezone and save your changes.
Important: The timezone functionality is only for displaying the date and time of an event. It does not automatically update the date and time to match the visitor's time zone.
