How to rename a ticket order

This function is carried out by the store owner or organizer, not the customer. It is best used when a customer personally requests a name change. The decision to fulfill the request will be at the organizer's discretion.

  1. Look up an order using the Order Reference Number (starts with TS-).

  2. Open the customer's order page.

  3. Click 'Edit' at the bottom right corner of the Customer Information section.

  4. Replace the ticket holder's name.

  5. Click Submit.

The customer's order will now be updated. Remember to click 'Resend Confirmation' to reissue their updated ticket order.

How customers can rename their own ticket orders

This function is performed by the customer only when the store owner enabled Named Ticket Holder.

How to enable Named Ticket Holder (organizer)

1. Go to your Event.

2. Navigate to the event Settings.

3. Scroll down to Ticket Settings and enable Named Ticket Holder.

4. Save your changes.

With Named Ticket Holder enabled, customers can assign a name to each ticket after purchase.

How to rename tickets (customer)

  1. Complete store purchase and wait for your ticket confirmation email.

  2. Access the ticket email and click 'View your order'.

  3. You'll be redirected to a new page. Add names to each ticket

  4. Submit changes.

Rename tickets in the Support Hub (customer)

Alternatively, customers can log in to the Support Hub to rename their tickets.

1. Go to the Manage Order support page of the ticket store.

2. Log in with your Order Reference Number (starts with TS-) and email.

3. Click 'Next'.

4. Inside the Support Hub portal, click Change Names.

5. Enter the new names.

6. Click submit.

Note: If you want to change ticket holder names a second time, a £5 admin fee will be charged. Proceed by entering your card details and clicking ‘pay with card’.
