Rename a multi-ticket order without using Named Ticket Holder

If Named Ticket Holder hasn't been enabled before a sale on your event, only one name will be displayed across a multi-ticket order. This is the standardised display whether one, two, or more tickets have been ordered. If you would like the name that's displayed across the entire order, please follow the below steps.:

  1. Navigate to an order.

  2. Click 'edit' button alongside the ticket holder details.

  3. Replace the ticket holder's name.

  4. Click save details.

Your customer order will now be updated. Please remember to click 'resend ticket confirmation' after actioning the change to ensure the customer receives their order with the updated names.

Enable Named Ticket Holder

To rename individual tickets within a multi-ticket order, you must first ensure that Named Ticket Holder is enabled for the relevant event before you go on sale.

1. Go to your Event.

2. Advanced Settings.

3. Enable Named Ticket Holder.

4. Save your changes.

Depending on the number of tickets you have in your cart, you will be asked to enter a name for each ticket holder.

Rename tickets via the Support Hub

Note: Customers can do this without admin assistance.

1. Go to Manage Order in the ticket store front.

3. Click 'Next'.

4. Inside the Support Hub portal, click Change Names.

5. Enter the new names.

6. Click submit.

Note: If you want to change ticket holder names for the second time, an admin fee of £5 will be applied. Proceed by entering your card details and clicking ‘pay with card’.
