The Ticket page lets you manage all tickets for a single event.

Parts of the Ticket Page

  • Export - This lets you download a CSV file containing orders for each ticket type. You can also download your waitlist.

  • Add a ticket button - Use this to create a new ticket.

  • Manage - A button that lets you organize your tickets and add a ticket category.

  • Ticket type - This is what you call each listed ticket.

Ticket Details

Each ticket type in the list displays a variety of crucial ticket details, including the price and booking fee, the quantity available, the number of tickets sold, and a colored tag indicating its status (e.g., green for on sale, red for off sale, and yellow for scheduled).

Ticket Tags

If a ticket has promotions applied, it will have a label like "Deposit Ticket" or "Secret Ticket".

Ticket Actions

Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the ticket, and you'll find four options:

  • Edit

  • Hide from the store

  • Show as sold out

  • Delete

For Secret Tickets, an additional action is included: "Copy secret ticket link".

For Free Tickets, you'll find an option for "One click reg page".

With one-click registration, customers can complete checkout within minutes without entering multiple pieces of information. Only free events are eligible to use one-click registration.
