The Ticket page is where you can manage all of your event tickets.

Functions

  • Ticket type - what you call each ticket added.

  • Organize - a button helps you re-organize your ticket types depending on how you want them to appear in the storefront.

  • Export - lets you download a csv file containing orders from each ticket type. You can also download your waitlist.

  • Ticket categories - a function under the Options drop-down that allows you group similar tickets together.

Ticket Type Details

Each ticket type in the list displays a variety of crucial ticket details such as the price and booking fee, the quantity available, sold, and remaining, as well as a color-coded ticket status (e.g., If the ticket is on sale, off sale or scheduled to come on sale).

If a ticket has ticket settings turned on, these will appear as an icon below the ticket and booking fee price like this.

Click on any of your tickets, and they’ll open to reveal four options: Edit, Delete, Take Off Sale or 1-click reg page.

Editing a ticket takes you to the ‘Edit Ticket’ page..

Deleting a ticket comes with a warning. "Are you sure?". Please be sure to proceed with caution, since this cannot be done right away.

Take off Sale will allow you to completely hide this ticket from your store or show the ticket as ‘Sold Out’. You will notice the green colored bar to the left of the ticket change color.

1-click Reg Page will remove the need for customers to enter personal details and checkout. This is available for free events.
