Different ways to run promotions for your event tickets

Once you've set up your event, it's time to promote and share it with the world.

Share event URL and website embed

The Promote & Share area contains your event's unique URL. You can share these directly to Facebook and Twitter from here or copy the link and share on whatever platform you like, whenever.

'View Store' enables you to access your store. This button is accessible throughout the Eventcube system, meaning all changes you make can be viewed immediately.

Creating secret tickets

Say you want to sell tickets to an exclusive segment of your target market - perhaps, loyal fans or those subscribed to your newsletter. Then, you'll want to create secret tickets for your event.

Secret tickets are not listed in your store front and are only accessible through a unique link. Only those with the link can buy it.

  1. Go to your Event.

  2. Click the green Add New Ticket button.

  3. Add details to your new ticket.

  4. Scroll down to Advanced Settings in the 02. Tickets page.

  5. Toggle on Secret Ticket and add a brief description.

  6. Save your changes.

Your secret ticket will appear in your tickets list with a lock icon and a secret ticket link. Copy the ticket link and send it wherever relevant.
