How to Schedule a Date and Time for Ticket Sales to Go Live

The ticket scheduling feature is a practical tool for automating when tickets become available.

Here's how you set it up:

  1. Create an event and add a ticket.

  2. In the Edit Ticket page, scroll down to the Schedule section.

  3. Choose when you'd like your ticket to go on sale.

  4. Save your changes.

You can set a ticket to become available after another ticket sells out. For example, the General Admission ticket will only be available once the Early Bird tickets are sold out.

Alternatively, you can schedule a ticket to go on sale at a specific date and time, such as when the event closes.

Once saved, the ticket you've just scheduled will appear in your events list with an orange tab.
