How to manually issue ticket resale refunds

3. In the Resale Tickets category, open a resale ticket and click Resale Refunds.

4. From here, you will see a list of orders that have yet to be refunded. 

5. Click the red "Refund" button, and you will be able to refund the order minus the booking fee.

Depending on your Stripe balance and available funds, your customer will receive their refund in 5-10 working days, depending on who they bank with. 

Note: Resale tickets cannot be resold.
