Qflow is a ticket scanning software you can use to check attendees in to your event. QFlow is available as an app and runs on iOS and Android, so make sure you create an account and download the app on your device.

Here's how to set it up in the Eventcube admin.

Connect your event to QFlow

Note: Ensure your event is set up as an in-person event rather than a virtual one. In-person event tickets have a ticket QR code, while virtual events have meeting links.

1. Go to Events.

2. Choose the event you want to scan tickets for.

3. Go to Ticket Scanning in the sub-navigation bar.

4. Connect an existing QFlow account or create a new one.

In this example below, we connected an existing Qflow account.

You will be asked to enable account permissions. Check all boxes that apply and hit 'Yes, Allow'.

Once QFlow is already connected, this is what your Ticket Scanning page will look like.

Creating a new Qflow account

If you create a new Qflow account, you will be redirected to a pricing plans page.

Note: For stores on Eventcube Pro, get in touch with the Eventcube Support team to activate your 2000 free scans.

Once your account has been created, just click sign in. You will then see the following page.

Navigate back to your event in Eventcube and click ‘Connect Existing Qflow account’.

The following page will then be displayed, prompting you to log in.

After logging in, allow Eventcube permission to manage events for you.

You will then be redirected back to the event you have linked to your Qflow account, and a notification will appear to show ticket scanning has been activated.

Managing tickets on QFlow

Once your event has been connected to Qflow, you'll find a button labeled "View event in your Qflow dashboard" which redirects your to your event details on Qflow account.

This is what the event looks like on Qflow. This is where you'll see the number of attendees checked in during your event.

You also have the option to import a guest list if you've assigned scannable quotes outside the platform.

Basic troubleshooting tips

If you’re experiencing connectivity issues with Qflow, you may disconnect and reconnect your account from the Eventcube admin.
