In this article:

Qflow is a ticket-scanning software used to admit attendees to your event. QFlow is available as an app and runs on iOS and Android, so create an account beforehand and download the app to your device.

Connect your event to QFlow

1. Go to Events.

2. Choose an event that you want to scan tickets for.

3. Go to Ticket Scanning in the sub-navigation bar.

4. Either connect an existing QFlow account or create a new one.

5. In this example, we connected an existing Qflow account.

You will be asked to enable account permission. Check all that applies and click 'allow'.

Once QFlow is already connected, this is what the Ticket Scanning section in your dashboard will look like.

Creating a new Qflow account

If you create a new Qflow account, you will be redirected to a pricing plans page. For 2000 free scans, please get in touch with us directly for further assistance.

Once your account has been created, click sign in, and the following page will be displayed.

Once your account is created, navigate back to your event on Eventcube and click ‘Connect Existing Qflow account’.

The following page will then be displayed, prompting you to log in.

After logging in, allow Eventcube permission to manage events for you.

You will then be redirected back to the event you have linked to your Qflow account, and a notification will appear to show ticket scanning has been activated.

Managing tickets on QFlow

If you click ‘trigger manual sync,’ your event will instantly be linked to your Qflow account. If you wait, your event will be automatically synced at the next available slot.

Once your event has been synced, click the "View event in your Qflow dashboard" button" and you will be redirected to your Qflow account.

Note: The ticket quantity may look higher than what you've set on Eventcube. This is due to revoked tickets uploaded to your Qflow account for the store owner's reference.

These revoked tickets will not be scannable.

Finally, if you navigate back to the Ticket Scanning page, tickets will be viewed as In Sync or Pending Sync.

Refresh regularly when you're actively scanning tickets at the gate so you get an accurate picture of your attendee a flow.

Basic troubleshooting tips

  • If you want to sync queued tickets instantly, please click ‘Trigger Manual Sync’.

  • If you’re still receiving issues, please disconnect and reconnect your Qflow account from Eventcube.

This is what your dashboard should appear in your dashboard when all tickets are successfully synced.
