How to set up a physical ticket on Eventcube
Go to your event.
Create a ticket.
Scroll down to Advanced Settings.
Enable 'Set this as a physical ticket (not eTicket)'.
Select delivery method
Save your changes
Can you sell physical tickets on Eventcube?
With Eventcube, you can offer physical tickets, but you will need to design and distribute them yourself. Eventcube only offers a means to record orders and securely collect payments.
Tickets can be mailed or picked up at the box office by ticket buyers. There are two options when choosing Post: Standard and Recorded. Your total payable amount will include the fees.
How to collect orders for fulfillment
Go to Events.
Choose the event you want to work on.
Navigate to the Orders submenu.
Export your orders.
Note: The store-level Orders menu and the event-level Order menu are different. The former records all orders across all events. Meanwhile, the latter records all orders for a single event.
