Ticket buyers have the option to choose whether they want to receive their tickets via post or if they want to claim the tickets themselves at your box office.
Choosing Post will come with two options: Standard and Recorded. The fees will be included in your total payable amount.
How to collect orders for fulfillment
Go to Events.
Choose the event you want to work on.
Navigate to the Orders submenu.
Export your orders.
Note: The store-level Orders menu and the event-level Order menu are different because the former collects all orders across all different events. Meanwhile, the latter collect all orders within one particular event only.
