Want to offer your delegates and event attendees an invoice-style receipt, including tax information? Here's how you do it.
Note: Visual Editor is available only on Eventcube Pro.
How to edit ticket receipts
Go to the Visual Editor in the main menu.
Click Launch Visual Editor.
You will be redirected to a new window.
Select Tickets, then click Receipts.
5. Start editing using the blocks on the left-hand side of the screen (e.g., General, Header, Footer, and Receipt Type)
Choose the Professional Receipt Type if you want an invoice-style receipt.
6. Hit the Publish button in the upper right corner of the dashboard to save your changes.
How to send receipts alongside ticket confirmations
Email receipts and ticket confirmations are sent by default by your store. If you want to disable this, you can do so in the Store Settings.
Go to Store Settings in the main menu.
Go to the General Settings sub-menu.
Under the Store Settings section, Disable receipt emails.
When this option is enabled, customers will not receive an additional email with their purchase receipt.
Note: Customers will always receive the confirmation email containing their tickets, regardless of this option.
