Want to offer your delegates and event attendees an invoice-style receipt, including tax information? Here's how you do it.
How to edit ticket receipts
This option is available to those subscribed to the Eventcube Pro only.
Go to Visual Editor in the main menu.
Click Launch Visual Editor.
You will be redirected to a new window.
Select Tickets, then click Receipts.
5. Start editing using the blocks on the left-hand side of the screen (e.g., General, Header, Footer, and Receipt Type.)
Choose the Professional Receipt Type if you want an invoice-style receipt.
6. When finished, hit the Publish button in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
How to send receipts alongside ticket confirmations
By default, your store will send receipts and ticket confirmation emails. You get to decide whether you'll disable this or not.
To make sure, you can check your store settings.
Go to Store Settings in the main menu.
Go to the General Setting sub-menu.
Under Email Settings, check if the Don't Send Receipt Emails option is turned off.
If this is enabled, customers won't receive an additional email with the receipt for their purchase.
Note: Customers will always receive the confirmation email containing their tickets, independently from this option.
