  1. Go to Store Settings.

  2. Navigate to Pricing Plan.

  3. Upgrade to Eventcube Pro.

How to create an online or virtual event with Zoom or another conferencing platform

1. Create an event.

2. Under location, choose Online.

3. Paste your Zoom or external conferencing platform link in the designated field.

4. Fill out all required event details.

5. Click Save & Add a Ticket.

What does the email confirmation for online/virtual events look like?

This is what your event attendees see in their email ticket confirmation. Emails contain a Join Event button that will lead attendees to the meeting room or link you added.
