Utilizing the Balance & Payouts Page

Using the administrate menu under your events pay organizer

The Balance & Payouts menu provides three functions, though not all may apply to every user.

Event Revenue

This section gives you a breakdown of how much you made from your event, including Gross Revenue, Fees incurred, and the final balance.

If you are hosting your event, your take-home revenue is in the bottom row (e.g., [Event Name] Revenue).

However, if you are an admin with organizers in the ticket store, you'll likely pay the Event Revenue to your organizers.

Make Payments

If you act as a marketplace, the Make Payments section allows you to generate a remittance to the event organizer. This will generate an invoice for the amount you enter. However, you'll still need to process the payment yourself (i.e., externally using bank transfer or other available means).

Payment History

This section contains all payment records from the event.

Control Functions

In the upper right corner of the Balance & Payouts page, you'll find the Disable Event and Delete Event buttons. Use these to tidy up your event listing.
