As no messaging functionality is built into the Eventcube platform, only a Reminder Email feature, you will need to export your waitlist and send an email drip in a separate emailing software like MailChimp.
Eventcube Pro Perks: Reminder Emails are available to users on the Eventcube Pro plan. However, this feature is not available to Eventcube stores by default.
To access this tool, please reach out to the Eventcube Support Team through live chat box in the lower right corner of your admin or email support@eventcube.io.
