Can I use Klarna for Deposit Tickets?
Klarna is a pay-later option that fully settles customers' orders at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of Klarna's service, it is disabled for Deposit Tickets, as it will be redundant.
Deposit Tickets allow customers to split payments into several milestones and pay a small deposit upfront. Customers who purchase Deposit Tickets can pay using other available payment methods.
I activated a payment method, but it's not showing on the checkout page
If you recently enabled a payment method on Stripe, you must start a new session on your ticket store for the payment option to appear on the checkout page.
A new session is a new payment intent, created in the transition from the checkout page to the payment page.
Why did my Klarna or Google Payment fail?
You may have pop-up blockers enabled in your browser that are preventing the transaction from going through. Make sure that you enable pop-ups for these payment options.
Does the default booking fee in Eventcube cover all possible payment methods?
Eventcube's default booking fee only covers the standard Eventcube and Stripe card fees. For alternative payment methods or custom rates, please check the Stripe pricing page to understand all fees, then create a custom booking fee to cover them.
Can I use PayPal as a payment option during checkout?
PayPal is not currently available for SaaS platforms with connected accounts, such as Eventcube. Hence, even if you enable PayPal in your Stripe account, it will not appear on your ticket store checkout page.
Important: Eventcube's fee structure remains the same–you'll only be charged for (1) platform and (2) Stripe payment processing fees, with Stripe fees now dependent on customers’ chosen payment method at checkout.
Visit the Stripe pricing page for more details on fees.
We empower you to take control! You can select and activate specific payment options in your Stripe account, helping you anticipate charges and set custom booking fees to ensure full coverage.
