How to resend ticket confirmation emails to customers

If a customer reports that they have not received their ticket confirmation email, then you can follow these steps:

1. Locate the customer's order using their name, email, or order reference number.

2. In the order page, you will see a big green button that says 'Re-Send Confirmation'.

3. Click this button.

4. You will know that the resend was successful when you see a green pop-up banner at the top or if your Order Activity section reflects the re-issue.

How to send communication emails in bulk to event attendees and waitlist subscribers

Sending communication emails in bulk will require a third-party mailing software like MailChimp, ConvertKit, or whatever your platform of choice is.

1. First, go to the orders page.

Go to the event-level order page if you want to email customers who bought tickets to a particular event.

Go to the store-level order page if you want to email all customers who have bought tickets from any event on your ticket store.

2. Click Export.

3. Ensure you include the name and email fields in your export.

4. Don't forget to select whether you'd like your file to have separate rows per ticket holder or per cardholder (i.e., those who purchase tickets on behalf of their friend group)

5. Click 'generate CSV'.

6. Check your email to download the CSV file.

7. Once you have downloaded your CSV file, go to your mailing software of choice.

8. Import your file as a new segment of your audience. See example below:

9. Create your campaign as described in the platform and send it to your audience.
