This guide will walk you through the functions and features of the Events Menu so you can navigate it ease.
Events (Main Menu)
1. Start by selecting Events from the main menu, then click "Add a new event."
2. A new menu will appear on the right side of the main dashboard.
3. Let’s explore each event-level menu option in detail.
Overview
Here, you can view the number of tickets sold within a specific period and the revenue generated from booking fees. Additionally, you can monitor recent store activities and see an overview of the tickets currently on sale.
Details
Under details, you can add the following information:
Event Name.
Event organizer. See: What is an Organizer?
Event Start and Event End.
Event Flyer. Upload a portrait version of your event banner in JPG, PNG, and GIF format.
Description. Add a short description of what your event is all about.
Event Category. Learn how to use Event Category through this article.
Location.
In Person. If you choose this option, you can add the venue for your event. In cases when your event venue hasn't been confirmed, you have the option to select TBA.
Online. If you choose online, Eventcube presents three virtual platforms.
Eventcube Broadcast. For one-way livestream with text chat.
Eventcube Virtual Venue. Best for virtual conferencing with live streaming and networking rooms. You'll need to contact Eventcube Support to set this up.
External Platform. If you're not using any of the products in the Eventcube suite, you can use other platforms such as Zoom, Twitch, and Google Meet.
Tickets
This option enables you to create multiple tickets at various price levels and specify the quantity available for each.
Settings
This section allows you to adjust your currency settings and customize how your event appears to ticket buyers, including the features available.

Ticket Resale
Within your Eventcube store, you can enable customers to list their tickets for resale. This feature is particularly useful for allowing customers to sell their tickets securely and through a legitimate platform if they are unable to attend the event.
Ticket Scanning
You can assign a barcode to each ticket sold, allowing you to admit guests by scanning their tickets on the day of your physical event.
Emails & Reminders
This is available on Eventcube Pro and it allows you to resend ticket confirmation emails to ticket holder segments with an additional note on top.
Analytics
In Analytics, you get get sales and performance reports, as well as the days of the week when you sold the most tickets. It also allows you to compare your sales with your previous events.
Orders
In the Orders section, you can view customer details at the event level, including ticket information such as quantity, order reference, and date. If you issued an invoice, you can manage its status and clear tickets once payment is confirmed in your bank account.
Additionally, there is a Store-level Orders menu that displays customer details across all events created in your store.
Balance & Payouts
In this area, you can find your Event's revenue and fees breakdown as well as how much you owe your organizers. Note that you will need to pay your organizers directly as this isn't facilitated within Eventcube. The amounts reflected under Balance & Payouts only serve as basis.
